HumaLoop T is a semi-automated incubator and fluorescence analyzer, using Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). HumaLoop T allows the qualitative detection of bacteria belonging to the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Complex (MTBC) in human sputum samples. The application is simplified by consolidated processing: sample lysis, amplification and detection are performed on a single instrument.
